Jeff Kavanaugh
Jeff’s talk, “Developing Insights with Empathy,” explores how to create insights, apply learning, and build a flywheel of personal and professional success. This self-reinforcing cycle, where each effort strengthens the next, illustrates how Jeff approaches growth: compounding actions that generate momentum, resilience, and lasting impact. Based on nearly a decade of research and experimentation, Jeff reveals a practical five-step process – Design, Research, Analyze, Interpret, and Adopt – that equips people to generate insights consistently. The approach keeps humans at the center by framing meaningful challenges and connecting the dots, while AI serves as a powerful enhancer.
